OK, I was hesitating between 2 other NDP candidates, but I am going for NATHAN CULLEN! He best represents my vision of the NDP, and encompasses not only the traditional ideologies which form the NDP base, but can take this party into the future- one which includes clean air, water, aboriginal rights, higher employment standards. Oh, and let's include support (even respect!) for artists and affordable higher education for students. I want a leader who isn't going to make concessions to oil companies and the like and sell out our environment in exchange for a handful of crony driven jobs. Hold them accountable for the damage they've already wreaked and stop them from further destruction. I want someone with a concrete plan to combine forces and get Harper OUT. Then change the voting system over to the much fairer one of proportional representation. A long wish list, only to increase! Cullen is smart and charismatic, and I believe Quebec will be charmed by his enthusiasm and shared values, as they were by Jack's. And yes, he can speak French from what I heard during a debate I attended!
